Health Insurance Industry Benchmark Study

Whyze Group is conducting a comprehensive benchmarking study among employers and insurance brokers in the U.S. as part of an effort to control health care costs and improve service.

Please complete it! This is a very important study and will benefit those who have group health insurance or manage it for their companies.

Complete the survey before the October 15, 2025 due date. Cash or deposit your checks by then or mail them to the charity you select in the envelope provided.

Please Note: Some of the survey booklets were printed with an October 1 deadline. This date has been moved back to October 15th. 2003.

Your answers will remain completely confidential. Whyze Group abides by CASRO standards, which protects survey respondents� privacy.
